Fits thick ankles
I really like these ankle weights. Nice that you can add or take out weights depending on your exercises. I needed something at home for days I can't go to PT for strength sessions. My ankles are thick, especially my right ankle, it has lymphedema. These weights have really long Velcro, so it fits all the way around my right ankle. Would recommend these!
