Frida Mom Breast Mask for Lactation Support, Made with Fenugreek & Fennel to Increase Milk Supply, 2 Sheet Masks

I tried these when i felt like i was undersupplying my baby, and they did cause a little boost back to the healthy amount my baby needed. These didn’t put me into oversupply but, as part of healthy eating and good pumping habits - they do help boost me when I feel I can’t keep up. The price makes them unsustainable for daily use but i use them for a boost when my babe has growth spurts and I can’t keep up with the demand.

2 weeks after I had my baby I was admitted to the hospital for an infection. While there I was put on an all clear liquid diet and wasn’t producing very much breast milk when I got out. We had to start substituting formula. I start barely making enough to last the night. I decided to give these a try and my milk supply has doubled. I went from only being able to be one or two bottles in the fridge to supplying enough for 6 bottles.

I was hesitant to use it because of Fenugreek but figured the risk of it effecting my supply negatively would be less because of it being a mask… that being said I’m really glad I tried this I noticed a dip in my supply the past week from getting 4 oz a session to 2 oz after using these I got even more than my usual 4oz I got around 6 oz! Definitely will be trying when I feel like my supply is dipping again. Keep in mind not everything works the same for everyone they may or may not work for you but for me these have been a god sent

Love this product for giving your milk a little boost! It boosted my supply about 1/2 an ounce on each pump the day I used it 👍🏼 It also has a nice cooling effect! Plus the price is great! I’m now 10 months into breastfeeding & I wish I would’ve had these at the beginning!

This worked in 2 hours for me. I was on empty due to a sick LO and I put this on to help get a boost. I could see a difference in my refill rate after 2 hours. Usually it take 6-8 to be full but I was full in 4 hours after using. Also no gas! Sometimes fenugreek is disagreeable. But my baby hasn’t complained.

As a very low milk supply producer, I have tried almost everything to help increase my supply- this product included. It did absolutely nothing and it was way too expensive to continue every day to see if it would. So definitely not worth it if it does by some chance work after a week or so. At that point, go with anything else that has the same ingredients. I feel like this product is just a scam. Don’t waste your money.

Refreshing and relaxing to use. This felt like a Korean face mask for your breast’s. It does not however increase your supply.

Love this location mask so much! I’ve tried tons of supplements and drink options but this mask was the only thing that worked for me. Saw a difference in my supply within a few hrs of using it.
