terrible non-refundable product
I have 3 genuine Brother rolls and this one. And only this one is not working properly: the paper is not cutting in proper place. When I try to adjust media size in P-touch Editor, clicking on "Check media", it shows an error: "Printer is off-line or no media is installed".In other words, terrible non-refundable product. Thank you, guys! :(UPD: Finally, after 3 months since I've posted a review, I a got a contact from the seller, they have made a refund.
