Q: Should I dilute this in a carrier oil?

It’s already diluted. It’s perfectly fine to use on your skin. I practically bathe myself in this stuff and I never have had a reaction and I have sensitive skin.

Q: I thought this fine oil was a roll on perfume but it apparently it’s a roll on and it’s more than a perfume it can be used in diffusers , in candles

The bottle I got is like the picture and is not a roll on. It's great, lasts long, and can be used how ever you want. Candles, soap, lotions, and perfume.
