Q: Does anyone know the cut out size for this pet door? I have a door which had a different brand and am wondering if this could use the same hole.

I don't know why ppl are saying you can't by replacement flaps and company is out of biz! Do they work for the competitors! The company has a website and sells replacement parts there, including the flaps. This info is correct as of this date. June 2022

Q: Do you sell a replacement security panel? Mine wa damaged and no longer slides down all the way.

You can take the old damaged door to a metal shop, or possibly even a hardware store and have someone cut you out a sheet of aluminum to the same size as the security panel. They can even put a slight bend at the top if needed so it doesn't slide down all the way (not sure how the security door is designed). If that doesn't work or you cant find it, you can also use "10x Lexon" plastic which most hardware stores sell in various sizes. You will need a razor (like for cutting carpet) to cut it to size. They sell it in the glass cutting area. It is very strong and will work just fine.

Q: What size door for a 50 pound dog? My dog is 10 inches across and 20 inches high. Would medium size work? Thank you.

The size I purchased works great for all my grandpuppies and my own dog who is 10 months old and weighs 58 pounds a german wired haired pointer the others are also big dogs, lab and boxer pointer mix. So it should work for yours with no problem
