The genuine butter flavor is easily discernible and when mixed with a high quality ranch dressing, wings become irresistible. It is the most expensive sauce I've used but if flavor is your goal, you can't miss with this sauce.

I usually have mixed feelings about buffalo sauce, but this the best I've tried by far. The flavor is strong without being overpowering. It also has a slightly spicy aftertaste that I haven't noticed in any other buffalo sauce I've had.It also comes in large bottles that are filled pretty close to the top, so you're getting a lot in a pack of two.

I love that Mitch's is locally made near Seattle, and it's tag line is spot on: Just the Right Heat, Just the Right Bite. It's got some heat, but it's not in the Danger Zone - I wasn't a heat-eater until a friend introduced me to this Buffalo Sauce. I use it on my eggs, Tater Tots, tacos, and I find myself experimenting on lots of dishes!

This is not the buffalo sauce you are used to. The flavor profile is almost perfect. I've had sauces that had too much vinegar that would ruin the flavor. Not this sauce. It's just the right amount.The first thing you'll notice when you look at the ingredients is that it's made from REAL ingredients. Butter, peppers, garlic etc. No chemicals. No fake flavors or preservatives.The second thing you'll notice is how creamy it is. It's not bitter from the vinegar, and the heat is "just right" (in my case, I like much hotter sauces, so this wasn't mouth burning).For my first meal with it after tasting it straight from the bottle, I decided to make buffalo chicken salad for sandwiches. I made a LOT of it thinking it would last through the week. Nope. It was gone in one day. My kids devoured it.I bought the two pack of bottles and I've been putting it on everything, and I'm going to be running out soon.In my view, this really is the best buffalo sauce I've ever had. This sauce is creamy, not overpowered with too much vinegar, and the heat is almost perfect.

This sauce is super smooth and uses REAL CREAM so it does have a shelf life shorter than many well known sauces. I find myself using it on many items from breakfast burritos [awesome with eggs] to pizzas [great with vegetables or sausage, for example]. I also use this with my "leftover"nachos....pita chips, leftovers. sauteed vegies, and cheese. When I make a "hot salad" - cooked products tossed in with a dinner sized salad - I have added the sauce to the saute pan and/or to the salad along with the dressing. SO - now that you have some great ways to use this fine sauce you need to get your wallet out and BUY SOME!

So so so good!!! Quick delivery and great quality/flavor.The quantity is large and definitely worth the price. Definitely my new go to Buffalo sauce!
