Added some battery-operated tea lights and hung them in my backyard. Great quality and love the colors of the glass.

I saw these lamps hanging from tree outdoors at a restaurant and loved the fairy vibe it gave off, so I searched amazon and I ordered this three pack with blue, amber, and green. These lamps are beautiful. They are a good size, not small like some others I've seen. The craftmanship seems to be very good quality, the hinges on the doors align and lock on all three, but the door metal isn't too thick so if it ever needed a little bending you could certainly do that. The glass is a good thickness as well. They hold tea light sized candles, so once it's warm enough to spend time outdoors here in the northeast, I'm going to put some waterproof tealights in these and hang them from a tree outside. I have normal LED tealights in them indoors right now just to see how it looks and they look stunning. I absolutely love these and will be buying more to add to my patio!

It's very pretty when the lights are off and you have a tea candle lit. But don't turn the lights on and get close. Because you'll see the bent metal, uneven lines and other flaws. Real glass, but I don't know how it's colored. Basically you get what you paid for. It's super short, don't expect anything Large than 3" candle (height) to fit. Wax dripped out the bottom and ruined some of my pillows. So maybe think of where you place too.

When I ordered this, I was expecting it to be one of those really cheap, thin metal lamps you see in the lawn section of big box stores. Upon arrival though, I was very pleasantly surprised! The metal is actually a good bit sturdier than expected and seems to be of decent gauge, the glass isn't the usual super easy to break paper thin stuff, and the one I received was actually of better manufacture than the one in the item's picture.If you use amazon's zoom feature on the item picture, you'll notice that a lot of the metal bending to make the curvature of the lamp is a bit subpar and some of the welds could be better. Mine isn't like that at all. The bending is all uniform and the welds have been improved.Hopefully this is consistent across the line, as I'm planning on buying a couple more for Halloween props.As a side note, the candle holder inside is a tad snug of a fit for the both of the votive candles I tried in it, but they do go in and out easily (tried both an LED and traditional wax).

One of the lanterns has a noticeable gap when door is closed. Disappointed but kept them. Put LED candles in them but more of an amber color at night. Appear purple when not lit.

These lanterns are the most beautiful, well crafted and the colour of the glass is orange so when it is on it gives off a warm glow.
