Q: Does this shirt stretch out over time?

No. I love these shirts! Might order more and I already have 3. The back is long enough where it doesn’t pull up to show skin. I wash them on delicate and hang to dry. Fast drying.

Q: Shrinkage on washing?

No, I found no shrinkage.. Washed in warm water and air dried on a hanger.. highly recommend..

Q: Do these have thumb holes?

No this pullover does not have thumb holes

Q: is the collar stiff or loose?

Collar is soft, double fabric. Nice.
