I brought this to make chocoflan and they come out perfect !

I wish I would have taken a picture but I was caught up in something while my sister released the cake from the pan. The Chocolate Orange Bundt I made baked in the exact time expected. Just used baking spray on the pan.I Don’t do Valentine’s Day but my Aunt came west I had not seen years and wanted to impress,It did ! Came out in one beautiful heart nothing stuck to pan, moist and the tiniest bit of crunch because hard to see that with Chocolate cake when Hershey Special Dark is used. I will surely use the pan again and again.

What's not to love about Nordic Ware? Very durable, great quality, and not too difficult to clean. The cast iron material of the provides the baking consistency you are looking for. It will be the last pan that you'll buy if you take care of it properly.

Soy fan de Nordic Ware, tengo varios de sus moldes y este ha sido mi ultima adquisición. Hoy es día de San Valentín así que decidí usarlo y no me ha decepcionado, no lo había comprado antes porque tenía la idea de que era pequeño pero no lo es, tiene buen tamaño. Lo recomiendo.
