They sent many accessories with the pack for multiple exercise. I have used it for a few months with no issues. This is really good.

Bought this product as wanted to fit some exercise into my very busy day. The product itself is both easy to use versatile and flexible. The instructions that came with are easy to follow with great visual diagrams. It also offers a range of levels (beginners through to Pro's), which is also great. Both my sons have also used these bands and both would recommend. Great product at a great price. 5 star

I have always been sceptical when it comes to resistance band training compared to a gym that has cables, weights and the general atmosphere. But then to receive a set like this, that has such versatility with the resistance weight (can be stacked up to 150lbs) and how easy it is to use, I was pleasantly surprised.It fits under doors so easily and allows for full range of movements, exactly as I would in the gym.I genuinely doubt my gym membership now as I can do everything from home or in my office as S feel confident i am working the muscle groups correctly.Would definitely recommend.

Considering the price I was very impressed with the quality of these bands. These are just what you need if you're after some resistance bands to use at home. They come with a range of weights for different resistance levels, and also a handy bag to keep them all in.I would highly recommend these bands for anyone in the market for some.

These things are a bit of a myth about being a set weight for resistance since the more you stretch it the harder it gets the stretch any more but for exercise when you can’t get to the gym or travelling this is a very good product, However PLEASE consider that if you are pulling on the side that the door opens you may break your door, i’ve tried this on out garage fire door and we have very heavy oak doors around the house and this flexes the top of the door too much for my comfort so if you don’t have room on a side of a door that opens away from you then don’t buy it trust me, but if you do then this is brilliant for a bit of training when you’re away or at home!

I have been very impressed with this set of resistance bands. It offers great versatility to exercise the whole body. Good little guide with some of the main exercises you can start with to exercise all the muscle groups, but with a little thought you can add plenty more exercise types.The bands can be used singly or you can add them together to increase the resistance. While it can't replace the gym experience, you can pack all the bits in the provided carry bag and pack it in your suitcase and take it anywhere with you.Really like the thoughtful inclusion of the band protection pads which prevent the wear on the bands which would invariably weaken them over time and make them last longer. No-one wants to be on the receiving end of a flick from an elastic band this strong!
