Q: What is the length of the post of these plugs? Is it at least 1/4"? Some of these posts are too long for smaller lobes.

From the base of the flare to the groove where the rubber ring goes is exactly 1/4”.

Q: Is there a way to verify these are made of glass and not plastic? I’m very sensitive to plastic, and they feel like plastic to me.

I’m sensitive to plastic too. After an hour or two of wearing them, my ears started to get itchy and swollen. I wouldn’t wear them.

Q: How heavy are they in weight, looking for light plugs?

Idk the exact weight, but I have 2g and I don’t even notice them when I have them in. They are very light. But I imagine larger sizes will be heavier.

Q: Does the 5/8" or large size have nice rounded turns from the bulb to the shaft or is it sharp angles like a pan head screw?

Not sharper angles, everything is very rounded. They are bulb like not flat.
