They are smaller than regular Capsules and that's a plus when taking more then one supplement. Take them with me coffee in the morning and after a few minutes I feel really awake.

Started taking this supplement because I don't want to be old, even though my birthdays say I am old. I guess it works? Doesn't hurt and caused me no side effects.

I usually open capsules and pour into a drink because they are too big to swallow. These come in a solid white capsule and when you open them sometimes it is only 1/4 full sometimes 1/2 full. I feel like all the benefit I got from a different company was erased. I am trying dif co tilI find the right fit for me. This is not it.
