I tried this brand a few years ago and liked how my skin change for good, my nails and hair also had improved. I tried a few other brands to throw them away and come back to this one. Highly recommend

Improved nails strength!

I've only been taking it for a week so far so I can't speak on if it works or not. However, I used SBR Biotin in the past and it was helpful for strengthening my nails. The taste is tolerable (a bit like a mild grape cough syrup) and it's easy to use. Hopefully it will be beneficial to my nail and hair growth.

I just started to use this product, and while I can’t yet comment on its effectiveness, I will say it is so far Everything described. Dosing is easy, and the flavor is pleasant. It’s a little tricky keeping it “under the tongue “ for 30-60 seconds, but I don’t really consider that a negative. I like the ample dose of both collagen and biotin and this liquid form is an easy delivery system.

Does Nothing, false advertising

I have been using it only 2 weeks so no big changes as yet. My hair seems stronger and less is falling out.
