Been using this for nearly three years. I love that I can order this on Amazon rather than committing to a monthly program. I lost over twenty pounds using it when I first began in spring of 2012 by replacing breakfast and lunch and eating a sensible dinner. This product helped me conquer some serious food addiction and learn to simply FUEL my body for two meals a day, and look forward to enjoying one gourmet meal a day-- something I still make a habit of. I've kept the weight off and feel really wonderful. It tastes great and can be made into many different flavors. I use plain Greek Yogurt for added protein and almond milk for a low calorie mixer, then add fruit & seasoning of choice-- try frozen peaches & ginger, or mango & coconut milk, raspberries & cocoa powder, or instant coffee & cocoa for a morning mocha. Ground flax seed is another great addtition for healthy fats, protein, fiber & omega 3s-- helps fill you up even more. I make the bag last by using one scoop in the morning and 2 scoops for lunch-- I have recommended it to many people and will continue to do so. It's not a silver bullet, but when a person plans ahead, stocks the right things to make great tasting shakes in a variety of flavors, and keeps at the program, it is DEFINITELY a VERY effective product.

I used ViSalus protein shakes over a year ago and lost around 25 lbs in my first 90 days. The shakes tasted great and with the clear control add in I never felt like I was depriving myself or hungry. I did not buy the whole transformation kit, and I actually ordered my shake mixes through amazon so as not to be pushed into buying stuff that I didn't want. Then I started trying hormone replacement therapy for my PCOS and was told I wouldn't need the shakes anymore and that my medications would do the work and pounds would just start falling off which never happened. Since around September I have noticed my pants getting tight so I decided it was time to get back on track with the shakes because that's what seemed to work for me. These shakes are great for me personally, like I said I only buy the powder and clear control and I take my own multivitamins and spark from advocare to help keep my energy up. I am not a seller and I don't get any profit from spreading false propaganda. It is a good system that works for me. I drank my shake this morning with the clear control add in at 6:00 AM on my morning commute, it is now almost noon and I have not been hungry at all. I think a lot of the people that have problems are people who don't necessarily have a problem being overweight and only have a couple of pounds to loose. I on the other hand have a big problem and am looking to loose a significant amount of weight.

My success in weightloss started with vishakes ! i actually first bought it in college from a classmate, after years of being depressed and mentally tired of myself and being who i was and trying and quiting and eating out of sadness and depression.. seeing my friends and family enjoying life being able to wear and do the things they love to do i was sooooo tired of everything including life honestly ... trying to figure out food was what good for me what wasnt, the effects food have on my body etc... this made it sooo easy i got all the nutrients i needed from a real meal not the ones i would frie up and dip and ranch so i replaced my two meals a day with a shake and added my fruits or even just coffee for a frap it helped me keep my calories low and stick to two snakes a day and lunch i lost 50+lbs in 2 1/2 months! ive never been so happy it gave me time to figure out a list of foods i needed to stay successful and also learn the effects certain foods have on my body and how long it takes to process.. i could go on and on about this shake but honestly that wont do you any justice... just try it you have to make it fulfiling to you add the things u love to make it tasty and fun and you can stick to iti was able to finally be stress free i stopped drinking them after 3 months and started cooking everyday know i knew what foods it took to keep losing and to be happy i also started to work out IT BECAME MY NEW ADDICTION! i eventually started going twice daily and also doing it from home i met someone i never knew i was so happy the stress and hate and hurt was gone and i found who i was always ment to be and that is an happiness that can never be taken away ! i went from a 26 pants and xx2/xx3 tops to a small/med tops and medium 14 pants <i have a butt> loll and for once you could actually see it and not the glob of fat around it !!! life has changed totally in every aspectif your reading this and want change and need to find itTHERES NO BETTER TIME THEN NOW!!!those foods that make you happy for that simple moment isnt worth your happiness its so much more i wish to say to you but i have so little time giving im at work trying to post this as fast as i can. but i was that unhappy 300+lb girl but i no longer wish to be her and you dont deserve to be her or him neither! its time to be who you really are under all the unhappiness and depression and its time to live life... trust me when i say ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND SOOOO AMAZING :)THE PHOTO OF THE LARGER ME! is after my 2/12 months and losing 53lbs on vishakes! i wish til this day i would have taken pictures before i started visalus, but i refuse to take photos i was so unhappy i have family portraits, that i am not in because i hate who i was i have no photos with my kids because of the shame and depression. i refused to ever be in a picture but this is where visalus helped me get to, it helped me train to be an better person
