Works great with the app!
You don't have to use the app when you use this blood pressure monitor. But the renfo app is great to have on your phone and also interfaces with the scale and the tape measure that I have from the same company. The app connects to the devices by Bluetooth and transfers the information over automatically. That way you've got a record of your blood pressure in the app you can use for review or to show to your doctor. It comes in a nice case and has a good display which is easy to read. I also own the scale that this company makes and the tape measure. The tape measure is kind of nice but I don't guess I need that information as much as I thought I did. The scale does give me a lot of good information and it's nice to also have it recorded in the same app as my blood pressure.

Good Purchase
Product came in good packaging, has a nice carrying case, and works as advertised.During initial set up you may need to wait a few moments for the Bluetooth to connect to the phone. The machine would also turn off and lose connection with the phone before you could finish setting up a user. Make sure to hit a button to keep it on/active while you’re inputting the info. Initial setup and syncing with the phone for two users was overall easy and only took a couple of minutes. It’s worked great since, and I like that my husband and I can easily use the same machine without our readings getting mixed together. There’s an option to have it permanently plugged into the wall and not use batteries if preferred; it comes with a micro USB-B to USB-A cable but not the AC adapter to plug the USB-A side into the wall, but those adapters are inexpensive. I previously had a blood pressure machine I used daily that worked on batteries for at least two years without issue; I’m hoping for the same with the Renpho one.I am happy with the purchase.

Easy to use, Tested accuracy with my PCP. Still has trouble connecting to Bluetooth.
The unit is easy to use and the App has some great features. I took it to my doctor appointment to verify it's accuracy and it did very well (within 2 points on both readings). Only issue I have is that it won't always connect to my Iphone 13. Sometimes I have to let it save 2-3 readings before I can get it to connect and transfer the data to the App on my phone. When I fist bought it I couldn't connect at all but Renpho tells me they had a firmware glitch that has been fixed. Hopefully they are still improving it.

Very fast, efficient and connected
This cuff is an upgrade for me from a much older, but similar, model. It syncs with my other Renpho products on the app. Works well right out of the box, easy to read, no complaints.

It works well with the Android App and seems to be accurate
I'm very happy with it so far. I started to monitor my vitals on a weight loss journey and this makes it a little bit easier with its ability to keep the readings on the Android App. It is packaged very well, and I only had to put the batteries in to begin. There is no "On" switch per say and the date and time come up flashing (after you put the batteries in) so they can be set. Attaching the cuff is the only other setup required. The Renpho App picked up the device just fine and my readings have been consistent with my non-bluetooth blood pressure cuff. The only slight deviation in readings was my diastolic number. The Diastolic Number was about 2-4 points higher that my other cuff. I don't really have high blood pressure so I'm not as concerned as others may be. Plus, I can't really say which one is more accurate. The App keeps a running history of readings and also charts the data for you to see visually. I don't see a downside yet, but will adjust this review if a problem develops.

Don't buy it. Just don't and save yourself the headache
I bought the Bluetooth version of this BP cuff so it could communicate to my phone and automatically log my BP in their app. Unfortunately, I'm not at all impressed with their app. The Renpho Health app is very basic and simple and only shows one graph of your BP numbers. It is also very slow to sync the data. I've found that even though my cuff can communicate with the app, I'm still using "Blood Pressure-MyDiary" app to manually record my BP so I can see the data in various different forms to help me better see what's going on. The RenphoHealth app really should offer more (the other app has 5 different graphs to help you see what your BP is doing and where it falls as well as analytics and a summary). And even though I have the Renpho scale on the same app, there is nothing on the app that compares and shows my weight with my BP together - another thing I use the other app to do. It also appears that this cuff goes through batteries pretty quickly. If you're really interested in seeing what's going on with your BP to make adjustments in health/exercise/diet/weight, I'm not sure I would recommend paying for this Bluetooth cuff or downloading their app - you're just as good getting the basic cuff and paying less. If you're interested in more data presentation, then download the free app like the one I mentioned above and enter your numbers manually.Update: only a few weeks in and this cuff has stopped communicating/syncing with the app on my phone (although the weight scale continues to sync). Frustrating for sure. Downgraded to 1 starSecond update: I can't login to the app so I try resetting my password. Now it looks like I'm creating a new account, inputting all my data again and fear I have lost all my data from the last couple months. HORRIBLE app, terrible customer service (no response to my emails for support). I do not recommend.
