I have a 36" waist. Ordered the size large, based on the size guide. Solid (not see through) with liner and inside drawstring. I am pleased with fit and like the way they look. I have not tried in the water yet.

I used to always wear boarding shorts and swim trunks and I wanted to take a step outside my comfort zone and tried these for my first non-trunks swimwear. I was definitely shy to wear these in public at first so I went to the beach and stay away from everywhere. They're very comfortable and you can adjust the width around the waist by the drawstring. The skulls at the end of the string can be a bit of a pain, but you can tuck them in the pouch if needed. It's hard to find a place that can accept guys wearing thong swimwear but if I have the chance to wear it, I will definitely pick this over swim trunks.

I have... A few of these, even though I'm still to shy to wear a speedo in public. Maybe if I'd lose more weight and get fit then I would but that another topic lol. This are awesome and crazy good quality.(Bear with me on this it's going to give size references to help you)The sizing is a little odd. I can fit into a size 28 speedo (brief style) that's really really snug, probably the most snug I could. My comfortable speedo size would be around a 32 or 34. My normal speedo brand jammer is a 34 or depending on material a 36 but that's pushing it.Now I wear a size 38 waist in jeans (whatever brand Walmart sells can't remember) but they are pretty loose. I carry a hand gun concealed a lot so it has enough space for that before it gets snug.These suits in XL feel kind of like underwear, the string feels like it could be a little tighter and it would be perfect (as weird as that sounds). For me they just sit there and don't feel snug, if the sting was shorter than it would feel more secure. That is why I love the drawstring. One of the absolute winners for this item.

I knew my it was asian sizing so no problem just have to follow their sizing guide and measure. The color is so stunning and exactly like the picture. Looked super sexy on the beach and it leaves a fun sexy tan line cause the mesh. Its very comfortable and it can be tied tight enough so it won't come off in the waves. Unless you want it to on little beach in Maui haha over all a good purchase. Side note you can get the same for cheaper on ebay but it's from china so maybe 2 months on the main. Amazon prime 2 day.

Ordered XL per the size chart & I couldn’t get it up more than half way up my rear and I don’t have a big rear. The suit looked nice though but definitely made for small guys.

Great design and fabric but it is extremely small. My XL is a small size USA…

I ordered an XL based on Amazon's advice. Glad I did. The XL fits me nicely. I measured my waist at a little under 35" & I think you should ACTUALLY measure your waist too. I have a pair of shorts that are marked "32" I can take them off without unbuttoning them. So, manufacturers' markings are a poor indication of your real world measurements.The yellow side panels are mesh. I didn't notice that when I purchased but I like it. The skulls at the end of the strings are goofy. I removed those right away & replaced them with a "figure 8 knot" (look it up). I'm sure the skulls help keep the string from getting pulled through the waistband when washed but, I don't like the potted metal skulls bouncing around my area and, like I said, I think they look goofy.Pouch space is perfect for me. Like the 3 little bears; not too little, not too much. Too much space and it looks like you don't have the necessary tackle to fill it. Too little space and everything doesn't stay in.

Unique styling drawstrings have skull amulets at the ends and see through chartreuse side panels. The back continues the see through chartreuse panel to a black thong back that looks absolutely fire on a confident man's body. Has a nice pouch too. I wear them to the public beaches and people do double take and frequently stare which is fine by me.
