Warm color but not really amber, won't work in some electric candles
These bulbs produce a very warm yellowish (but not amber) light; I bought them to replace incandescent amber bulbs but ran into some issues. The color actually does ok but you have to get all the candles with the same bulbs, and these bulbs would not work in any of the newer electric candles without considerable effort. The new plug in candles have timers in them so they run for 6 hours then turn off for 18. These bulbs apparently don't let enough current flow through for the timers to work so the bulbs won't light up. And all three of the timer candles I have, the base contact strip is embedded in plastic, and the base contact of these bulbs is too large, so gets blocked by the plastic before it contacts the candle's base strip. If you compare an incadescent C7 to these its clear that the base contact is wider and doesn't project as far on the LED bulb.We ended up stripping out the timers from the newer candles, then used a soldering iron to add a little dollop of solder to the base of the bulb to get those last three candles working. Alternatively a dremel could have been used to open up the plastic to either side of the base contact strip, but the solder worked.

Great where low lighting is needed.
These bulbs solved a too-much-light problem with our house coach and chandelier light fixtures. They give a warm glow to the front entrance, yet are bright enough to light up dark areas around the house. They match our other exterior lighting well where even 15W LED's were too bright. Haven't had long to enough to speak to durability. One head scratcher: out of 22 installed bulbs total, 2 did not light up until a day or two later. Now all are working. Could be corrosion in my old fixtures.

Nice bulb, but some were bad.
Really like these bulbs. Bright, cool, with color exactly as described, and a low price (per dozen).Out of the 12 that I received, 2 failed within 24 hrs - so order an extra bulb or two.

Works great!
I have 9 street-facing windows, each with a dusk till dawn electric candle. I replaced 7-watt incandescent bulbs with the C7 LED bulbs and I can't tell the difference, except that the C7's might be slightly brighter. They are similarly warm in color which was very important to me, and they only use 0.6 watts. If they last the 10,000 hours they are supposed to, I may never need to replace them unless one breaks. Plus I'm saving more than 90% in electricity to run them everyday in contrast to the incandescents they replaced. Very pleased with the outcome.Update 7/5/2023: Still going strong after more than a year and a half of usage every night from dusk till dawn. Haven't had to replace one!

Holiday Light Efficiency
Needed to replace 7W lights in all of our holiday candle fixtures. Was not sure if these would do well, but they worked flawlessly (without failures) throughout the entire 2022 holiday season in 8h hour per day runs in 12 independent fixtures! Looking forward to seeing how they will continue to perform in future holiday seasons. They have already out performed the incandescent bulbs from previous years which would last less than a season at best.

Good light bulbs.
Works as expected, bright light for size and wattage. Gave a 4 star due to not being able to determine longevity at this time (too soon).

Energy efficient, bright, and work great
Bought this 12-pack so I could replace a whole slew of other night light bulbs. The other ones were either incandescents which burn out quickly and cost more to use, or cool white LED bulbs that don't look as good in either hallway night lights (like the Christmas tree in the photo) or my Christmas village in the other photo. Honestly, if I had to buy another box I might go with the 2200K instead of the 2700K because these are almost too bright. But I got what I ordered and these are great replacements.
