Good idea but has a safety design flaw
The concept is good, having a hotpot and grill feature simultaneously. However, the product fails on safety issues and has a design flaw. 1. The connection cable to the appliance is not secure and feels loose. 2. The appliance emits a burning plastic smell. Upon closer inspection the removable tray that sits underneath the grill to collect excess hot oil from the hot plate is actually made of plastic and therefore had partly melted during its first use. Had to return the item as it was not safe to use.

Awful and returned
So there is only one control to whole thing the pot gets boiling hot so boils. Not easy to clean, stupid little drip tray at side not easiest to slide out… impractical. Not fit for purpose..Looked good hence the purchase, but also tripped fuse …RETURNED
