****TAKE THE TIME TO READ****
After an order faux pa, I finally received my Aura putty. I was slightly disappointed when I took my flashlight and illuminated it only to find that it BARELY glowed. Figuring that I WAS PROBABLY DOING SOMETHING WRONG, I looked at the box. Low and behold, it says that the putty requires a UV light to charge. This means that you either need to use the UV rays from the SUN(note that it wil charge on a cloudy day because UV rays penetrate the cloud cover.) or you need a UV (sometimes called blacklight) flashlight. The company I purchased this from falls victim to the review simply because they should add this information to the listing. However, Crazy Aaron’s should also ensure that this information is CLEARLY visible on the packaging. Not behind the tin where you only see it AFTER OPENING! (see picture.) Also, Crazy Aaron’s HAS SMALL LED UV lights that they include with some of their putty types. Why this wasn’t included with this putty is a mystery and a bad selling point. Needless to say, this putty DOES GLOW WELL, but if you’re looking for something that works with a regular flashlight, get the Krypton putty.

Way too tough
I've really enjoyed the other Crazy Aaron's putties, but this one is so tough it makes it almost unusable. It's not returnable, which I should have looked at before buying it, so oh well.I'll absolutely get some of the others still, but this one wasn't worth it. Maybe ir's the material that makes it glow?

BEWARE No returns - Useless - So stiff I could barely get it out of the can
BEWARE - No returns and this was so stiff I could barely get it out of the box - My hand therapist said to buy putty but I had no idea this would be so stiff I could barely remove it from the tin. As usual, I went to Amazon to return since items that don't work are returnable and found Amazon has no instituted a policy that you have to go to a long page of legal documents to find out if a product is returnable. Now, I'm stuck with a product I can't use - thanks to Amazon's lack of disclosure re whether items are returnable. Won't be buying much from Amazon.

Holds up
I had surgery on my hand and was given putty as part of physical therapy. That putty stained my hands and would stick when warm. This was a perfect substitute. It keeps it firmness long enough to complete my exercises and does not get messy.
