I don't know. I have found similar ones like this at marshalls home goods for ten bucks. I know it shows the dimensions and everything in the description but you don't really realize how tiny it is but it's about the size of a big gulp and sounds about as good when you bang on it. I would say, spend the extra 20 bucks and get a real drum, (even from the same company no disrespect intended) but this is a toy or a decoration at best. sorry not sorry.

I am NOT going to be one of those people complaining about the stain on the top or sound quality because frankly, I was willing to pay under $40 for a drum. It is a great drum for the price honestly! I bought it for family drum circles and for "fun" in general and it serves that purpose with 5 stars. Just ignore the snob reviews and get it...It was shipped promptly and packaged extremely safe and efficiently.

The drum was listed on Amazon as a 12 inch drum. I thought that they were referring to the drum head diameter. It turned out that the 12 inch undesignated number was the height. This is a meaningless number. Only diameter has meaning.

The leather hude isnt pulled tight so quality of sound affected

The drum has a good sound to it. Thought it would be a deeper brown color, and was a bit dirty when I received it. Otherwise, good quality and purchase. Love the turtle design!! Fast shipping!
