Don't think that the 4.0 is just a later version!
I bought a Teensy 4.0 for a project that called for a 3.6. I found when connecting it all up that I had run out of pins, so bought a 3.6. The 4.0 (revision D) audio board didn't work with it and it took me a while to find out why... The revision C (3.6) and the revision D (4.0) are actually wired differently. They look identical but the pinouts have been altered. Apparently adapter boards are available, but it is easier to make sure you have the right revision to start with.

Expansion Boards wie z.B. dieses Audio Head machen das Leben einfach einfach ;-)Zusammen mit einem Teensy 3.2 und wenigen weiteren Bauteilen baut man sich einen "schön dreckig klingenden Synthesizer" der per Midi angesprochen werden kann.Grossartig!

Es funktioniert sehr gut, aber diese Audioschield ist zu einfach, kaputt zu sein....
