Buy only if you speak Chinese.
The toy didn't list as a unit that sings or speaks. I received the unit and to my dismay...it speaks Chinese when you try to take the temperature. Then if you press other buttons you get to hear nursery rhymes in Chinese. Don't bother, don't waste your money. For an extra $10.00 you can buy an actual people one and it won't speak to you in a foreign language.

My grandson loves it but the language it uses is not English and there are no options for changing it. The description did not give any indication that there were singing included with the music.
