The media could not be loaded.  I'm incredibly happy with this.Pros: It was fairly easy to install - took about 2 hours with no ductwork, but no big issues and I have no experience with this stuff. Looks super fancy & amazing. Even using ductless venting, it filters out the smoke, smell, & bacon grease really well. 10/10 would recommend.Cons: I had to redrill the hangers twice - the actual bottom of it hangs much lower than the paper chart, so check where the bottom screws on the chart are compared to where the hanging holes are on the upper back. The blue wrap it comes in was really hard to get off (go slow and easy!) - there's still tiny pieces stuck in the cracks (shown in video). It gets fingerprint smudges easy (shown in video) but I clean them off with window cleaner, and theres nicer stainless steal cleaner you could get that prevent smudges. I used a 6ft extension cord to plug it into the wall (the black cord it comes with is pretty short, maybe 3-4 ft).

For the people that are not in the trades this will out smart you. The wall mount brackets for chimney are weak and bend easy the molly's for the in beds in the wall are very cheap I through mine a way and used higher grade I also through out the metal wall brackets and made wooden ones. Then used self tapping SS screws and put them through the chimney metal from the outside. Then the hood mounting bracket should be made from @ least 16ga. steel but instead was made of about 22ga. very weak. @ 5' 9'' I have to use a ladder to clean the top. And yes that is Jack the Katt

This is the best product ever. Very low noise level and the looks - unbelievably awesome.

It was pretty easy for hubby to install. Only complaint the blue safety coating was time consuming to remove but it protected the stainless so I guess that's a plus👍

Hood mounted with little effort and looks great works very well and quite the rounded corners are great!!!! Very satisfied
