The vertical blind replacement set came complete and well-packed. The set is fit for purpose. Quite fiddly to fit the chain to the blinds; this just a design feature and not due to the product. Blinds (following a wash) now look as good as new with the replacement fittings. I had bought three other chain replacements before but they didn't fit my existing blinds. This complete replacement set avoided that problem.
