This books specifically describes the talent and nature of Pep Guardiola around Barca, his relationship with players.Pro:1.Guardiola's past, his struggles and his ambitions greatly described by author.2. Best book to understand Guardiola's nature, how he motivated the players during his time at Barca.Cons:1. If you are looking for the tactics, then you are going to be sad, because the author has not written anything deeply on the tactics.2. One more depressing thing is about entire book is, he has gone out of the topic in each of the chapter of the book, example, in chapter of Mourinho, he has written about the club's organisational structure and pep's family life, instead of directly mentioning about pep's relationship to Mourinho and madrid. This has repeated in every chapter.

This is a must read for anyone intrigued by how Pep worked his magic and turned Barcelona in to the best footballing team on the planet. His ways and methods are described in full within this book with also a background on his playing career along with information on what role he played within the '92 team. The author to his credit also provides a bit of analysis of the two finals v Manchester United and describes perfectly the rivalry between Pep and Mourinho. He also provides the insight to his relationship with Messi and other players and how it felt to everyone involved when he left. Great book, something I could not put down and really interesting throughout.

Me, I am not a football fan. But getting my brain excited to read this book was easy. Pep Guardiola seems to be an exceptional team manager and the book is written very well. You will get insight to many things that make this guy one of the most sought after team managers.
