This item does what you would expect. The quality of the glass isn't the best which makes focusing more of a challenge than it should. It's a decent value considering the inexpensive price.

Great magnifying glass for at home use. Very easy to read small print. See small details, etc. It doesn’t come with a carrying case and it’s fairly large in size. I don’t really consider this a portable item to take to restaurants, shops or stores, etc. Like I said, it’s great for at home use
