Makes a lot if ice, quickly.
Loads of ice! Makes enough ice to fill a 5 gallon bucket easily overnight or through the day. I bought it to use for my ice bath. It keeps up with the heat so the water stays COLD!

Great unit, excellent customer support!
I bought this icemaker and it worked great all summer 2021. This year it started shutting down by itself and displaying error code E2. I reached out to the seller and, after some back and forth and troubleshooting, they replaced it at no charge. They shipped me a new one, and provided shipping label to send back old one. All at no cost to me. The replacement unit is working great. Even though I had problem with first one I bought, this is a nice machine that produces a lot of ice....fast! Great company....great support! Highly recommend!

Nice ice machine, bought in 2021 and still working for us
Ice machine works well, bought it in 2021 and use it on and off, not on all the time. Have not any issues with it at all. Even take it camping with a hose adapter to fill everyone's coolers !

Crownful ice maker
This ice maker paid for itself in one summer. I am a camp host at a lake for 6 months a year. Got tired of buying ice for my beer at lake side store. This was easy setting up as stated it paid for itself in one summer. On days over 100 degrees (most of July and August) I was able to keep 3 coolers iced down and still gave ice to fellow campers. It's quiet, except when it dumps ice. When temperatures were in 80's and 90's I was giving ice away everyday. For camping on short weekend or weekly trips would be hard to handle because it needs direct water line. Remember I'm there 6 + months a year.

Worked for like a month now E2
Bought it in May, had it installed in June by a professional plumber. Shortly there after it would occasionally throw the E2 error continuously got more frequent so I contacted customer service and they said I needed to run the cleaning cycle twice in a row. After doing that now the icemaker won’t even run through a full ice cycle before throwing the error. So basically worthless. Also, I paid almost twice the cost of what it is advertised for now.My wife has contacted the manufacturer again to try to seek resolution and it’s a pain. Trying to upload a video of the error but file is too large for an email so they had a file sharing website that, surprise, is also having errors when trying to load the video.

Overall, a really good ice maker for the money
We have this ice maker in our pool house. The instructions were written by some one in China that can speak English. The instruction manual is hard to decipher due to this reason. So far, the functionality has been just as described. The part of the unit that holds the ice, once it has made, is insulated fairly well and holds the ice for a longer period than i orginally thought it would. We have a small refridgorator with a freezer beside it to store the ice after it is made. The drainage tube needs to be lower than the outflow port in the back. as pictured, we have it running into a bucket for now. I will do something more perminate and put it behind the machane. I had planned to connect it to the drainage from the sink, but that is not low enough for the proper flow needed.

Little Giant Ice Making Beast!
Item arrived on time and damage free. Well packaged in a double box. Quality build. Stainless front and sides. I was skeptical when it first arrived due to it's size and was ready to send it back. Yes it appears quite small at first glance, but it is a beast when it comes to making ice. We've had it for 3 weeks now and have it sitting outside in a covered patio with Texas heat hitting triple digits here lately and it still works great. Produces a batch of ice about every 15-20 mins. Definitely produces 100+ lbs every 24 hours. Yes, when the ice comes out of the mold the individual cubes don't always break apart. But super easy to break them up with your ice scoop. As for that I have a friend that has a restaurant grade $2500+ Manitowic ice maker and his ice doesn't always break apart either. We could not be happier with this puchase!
