Bought for my nephew's birthday, it is beautiful and he loved it.

It is easy to fill up and to use. Remote options is another plus. The different light options is another plus. I like that is shuts off after timed option is up or the water runs out. Not too loud either.

I absolutely love this diffuser. I've had it roughly 3 weeks now. I use it about an hour every other day. Easy to use easy care works with scented oils and essential oils, always use filtered or bottled water, anything else might calcify or leave rust or bacteria, (past experiences with other diffusers), that said, I took a star off because although it is amazing, it has a slight malfunction that has happened since the very first use, it's not a deal breaker, just an annoyance, when I first turn it on it always turns right back off, then the second time I turn it on it runs fine. I don't know if it's a connection or button sticking situation but like I said, not a deal breaker, just annoying. Truly impressed with the quality overall of the entire diffuser besides the one issue.

The first one arrived with the glass part completely broken. I was bummed out and had doubts about it, but asked for a replacement and I am so glad I did. It's beautiful! Someone else said it's ugly, but I guess to each her own. I love the infinity light style and when I saw a difuser like that, I knew it was the winner. I don't use oils, because I hear they ruin diffusers and I don't want to clean it constantly. I think it does a good job humidifying the air. I think I sleep better with this thing on, though it's kind of a pain to turn the light off at night because I have to click through all the light options to get to the off option and it beeps every single time I press the button which is annoying. But it's not that big of a deal. I don't hear it (my cats drinking fountain makes way more noise so I don't really hear any other devices). Overall pretty happy with this product.

The first five minutes, the humidifier had a ton of mist. Then, it sputtered out and the mist barely came out of the opening. I ordered a replacement, it did the exact same thing. Super disappointed that I have to return both of them.

The diffuser is awesome BUT the remote control does not work - even with a new battery. I’ve tried reaching out for support and not getting any response. The guide it came with doesn’t even mention a remote control. The remote was the main reason I purchased this particular model. I am keeping it, just wanted to give a heads up on the remote control.
