My problem was that my nostrils would close at night when I lay down. My brother-in-law from Greece told me he used Ancient Secrets at night for the same problem. All I know is that it is sea water, & when I put (1) spray in each nostril before bed, I slept much better & no breathing problems.

Q: Is this good for dry mouth?

I have found Ancient Secrets an easy way to clean sinuses. Easier than using a neti pot. I don't know if it would help dry mouth, but I don't think it would. It is for nostrils only.

Q: how could this be 1x1x1 inches?

I don't see those measurements in the Amazon post. The size is as the photo appears. The box is 7 inches tall and 2 inches wide.
