Not what I expected
Not what I expected! This book gave good information about what insulin resistance is it, but I feel like I could’ve gotten that on the Internet for free. Can we plan is actually two pages of things like week one watch portions. Week 2- eat vegetables. Week 3 - walk. There are some recipes and a few guidelines but basically they’re telling you to follow the Mediterranean diet so you need to get a better diet book to follow it. It’s not that anything was wrong it’s just not groundbreaking information. I could’ve gotten this on the Internet

Recipes are ok- have to modify the seasonings to get better taste though
