Nice sturdy boxed
These are very nice and suit our purposes. But my husband said that they are a bit of a pain to assemble.

If I pay $15 for an upgraded shoe box, I hope that the components are at least centered.
I bought this to hold a special gift for my parents for Christmas. It is a nice sturdy box and will probably hold up well. It looks nice and classy for a special gift. The metal tag, however, is crooked and off center - ruining the effect. I removed it and tried to adjust it, but it left a hole in the front side of the of the box. There is also a wrinkle in the lid of the box.I made the mistake of waiting to open it until today. There isn’t enough time to replace it before Christmas Eve so I’ll keep it. A little extra quality control and this would have been an outstanding box.

Sent wrong color!
Sent light gray. Boxes are nice and sturdy. One had hole in wrong place for assembly, so just had to rig it. Wishing they were dark gray

Hardware not included
I purchased the Bigso Katrin Collapsible Storage Box, 13.5 x 17.6 x 7.2 Inches, Dark Gray for storing school projects for my child. The box arrived as indicated on the order. But, the hardware to fasten the box together was not included -- the instructions indicate I should have received four screws and nuts. Nothing like this in the packaging. It is worthless without it because it will collapse on itself.

$23 to assemble some cardboard????
I'm shocked they charge for cardboard that you assemble. I thought the quality would be better but it's not. Sending this back. Not worth it.

Missing part
One of the washers is missing for the bos assembly. Emailed Bigso asking them to send one. Sure hope they do. Love the box otherwise.
