I read the recent reviews before buying, and I wasn’t disappointed. This has to be one of the best books around. I’d say the majority of ingredients we have in our pantry. If you can’t get some of them to hand or in the shops, Amazon certainly has them. e.g liquid stevia (natural sweetener drop £5.99)My only criticism would be that some of the ingredients are in American e.g zucchini which is courgettes... you’ll figure it out :)Apart from going for the full on Keto day 2

Too many ingredients not readily available in the UK...I think there are much better options on the market...

I needed to loose weight after lockdown having added a whole stone or so.Fortunately I cam across details of the Keto diet and saw this as a best seller.I read the preamble and was quite impressed how easy it was to understand and a diet which went against everything I had done before. I have switched and starting to enjoy the recipes. Being American some of the ingredients are not available but most are. If there is a flaw its that the breakfasts are low in number and take ages to prepare.Here's to loosing that extra stone!!

Keto Diet Cookbook I do recommend for all not just for those one who wants to lose weight. It's a lifestyle !! All recipes are not difficult . Also in this book , you find pictures which it's awesome makes your life much easier!! The book quality is great !!

I don't know if all the other people on here are being payed to review, but is this book designed for an American audience because half of the ingredients I've never seen in tescos let alone waitrose, the thing that it doesn't mention is that everything is pretty much made with some sort of Nut product which is no good to man or dog if you have a nut allergy so it's a 2star from me waste of money
