Timberland Womens Emerson Point Closed-Toe

I love, love, love this shoe!!!!So the navy is really dark almost black but if you wear it with black you'll know it's navy. I also have this in the tan. I'm normally a 9 in this brand but for some reason it FELT a tiny bit long when I was walking but it did fit but I opted for an 8.5 instead since it didn't feel like I would snag/trip while walking (which could be just my own personal issue). I love the platform height...it's like wearing a heel without all the pain of being in one. My right heel did rub a little raw (just a little red and tender) but that could be due to me going down a half size. But I slapped a bandaid on my heel and after the 2nd full day of wearing it, I don't need to do it anymore.

Had to return this shoe it is very narrow fit ,but I love the style and look ,wish it was in wide width

Love the way these look and feel. I wear a 7 or 7 1/2 normally. Ordered a 7 because that was the only size in stock in navy. They fit well and I believe 7 1/2 would have been too big. When I first put them on and walked a few steps the strap hurt my ankle on one foot. Thought I would have to send them back. Next day I put them on again and walked around a while and they felt fine. Wore them that day for 5 hours and felt very comfortable the whole time.

I love the way these sandals look. They are beautiful on the foot and I got many compliments the first time I wore them. HOWEVER, after being in them for about 3 hours, I was in a great deal of pain because the skin on the back of my Achilles was nearly rubbed raw from the back of the sandal. This was the reason for the 3 stars. I am hoping that there is something that I can do to rectify the Achilles peeling issue. I just hope I don't regret paying this much money on a pair of shoes that are supposed to have a reputation for being "comfortable" only to experience excruciating pain after only 3 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions?UPDATE: I upgraded my review of these shoes to a 4. Still could not give a 5 because of the blisters. But once I found the foot pedals that i ordered here on amazon to put at the back of the shoe where it touches the Achilles, they no longer rub and leave blisters. They are now, in addition to being beautiful, comfortable.

The shoe is very comfortable. A little narrow, but not bad where you can't wear the shoe. If you have bunions this shoe is not for you. I wore them to work for 12 hrs and i had no problems. I liked them so much that I bought these in blue and brown. Very classy looking shoe.

Rubbed blisters on heels and ankles within 3 hours. Upset - had high hopes.

This shoe has great ankle support and gives me the lift that I need in a shoe due to so many foot problems I suffer with. It's very good quality and looks sleek, with a dressy casual flair. And as if that isn't enough, it's extremely comfortable right out of the box. Highly recommend.

Just received these today. They are super cute & I think they will be comfortable however they do run about 1/2 size large. I purchased 6.5 as was recommended and they were too big so I reordered a 6.
