I pinched a nerve at dance class a couple of weeks back, and have been trying to get my neck back into good shape. So I went on the search for a cervical pillow that was NOT made from memory foam.Here's the thing about foam. Even if it's certipur standard, it is still off gassing. That is because the pillow is made of foam particles and GLUE. Do you want to be breathing glue all night? I sure as heck didn't and so I went on the hunt for a fill pillow that could give me all the cervical support a girl could dream of.Low and behold, I stumbled upon this BEAUTY, which also happens to be reasonably priced!This pillow is wonderfully designed. It's sewn in a matter that allows you to stuff it for the support you need. It comes with extra fluff in case you need super duper support. It also provides support on all four sides, which is something I didn't even know I needed until I got this pillow.100% exceeded my expectations. Above and beyond.

A friend told me to try this and I’m so glad I did! I have spent hundreds $ on trying to find the perfect pillow! So when she told me about this I rolled my eyes. But willing to try! I have had no pain and have been sleeping through the night! Gonna buy my son one now! Haven’t slept like this in yrs!

I have chronic neck pain and kept waking up with headaches. This solved the issue! It aligns the neck properly plus you can move or add stuffing where you need it!

I ordered this pillow for a couple reasons:1. Contoured and adjustable filling! Most pillows are too fluffy and thick for me. And the flimsy flat ones are usually just…meh. I’m a lifelong stomach sleeper who is trying to convert to side and back sleeping due to some spinal issues and just knowing stomach sleeping isn’t the best. I’m small, so many pillows make my chin touch my chest if I sleep on my back. Lemme tell ya, as a nurse who works with sedated patients, that’s the worst position for an open airway! Head tilted slightly back = open airway & no/less airway obstruction (for most healthy people anyways—some people will obstruct anyways for various reasons.). An open airway means less snoring, better oxygenation and hopefully, better sleep. I digress. Anyway, finding a pillow that has the dip in the middle and adjustable filling is just *chef’s kiss*2. Not memory foam. This has the typical cotton-ish fill, which I prefer. Memory foam feels good at first but once it compresses, it feels to hard on my head/ears and I wake up in pain. Maybe I’m a Goldilocks, but it is what it is. This pillow is soft and smushy the way I like pillows to be.I’ve slept on this for a couple weeks now. I tried it the first night without adjusting the filling at all. Hated it. Too full. Threw it on the floor in the first 30 minutes. The next day I removed some of the filling all around. It was better and slept that way for a week. Ultimately it was still too full so I removed even more filling. Eureka. It’s perfect.Definitely recommend.
