Love the design, pretty easy install, the only mishap we had was with the length of the thread, so we had to buy from ACE couple extensions. I don't think it is their fault necessarily, my tile guy might have loaded the tiles with too much mortar, however, as I have stated in shower review from the same company ( I have purchased 2 shower kits, one faucet, and tub kit from same company) .5 inch extra on the thread would have made the difference, according to my plumber. They prefer to cut it shorter if they need to

Update: never received the correct part that company said they are shipping. Not good serviceI ordered this as I wanted the swivel tub faucet. The company’s quality control is very poor. The valve that came with the system has thicker stems so the face plate does not fit. Also, the turn knob does not fit. Company was responsive in replying but after sending numerous photos, the company said they will look for the right face plate and once shipped, it will take 5-7 days. I will have to call the plumber back to finish installing once the part comes in which will cost an additional $200 or more. With all the remodeling we are doing, I did not need this headache. The company had not responded to my request to cover the cost of the plumber again or compensate me. If you don’t want any additional headaches, stay away from this brand. Will update once I receive the part(s) or hear back from the company

Very nice quality and looks great, too. I realized during installation that the brass nipples used to connect the faucet and spout were too short. I contacted customer service and they provided me custom sizes nipples (for a reasonable fee). I am very satisfied with this purchase

My contractor installed this and after the new thicker tile was in place realized that the adapters that shipped with the unit were too short by .5 inches to allow the tub spout and handheld to be connected. I was thinking we would have to tear up the brand new wall since the adapters are manufacturer specific. I emailed seller and they worked with me to ensure they could supply an adapter that would solve my problem. To the point of sending me pictures against a tape measure to be positive they were sending what I needed. Not only is this a great looking unit you can be comfortable that there is a responsive and helpful seller providing customer service.

The unit looks great but unfortunately the valve failed after 4 months of use. It took 4 days worth of emails and I had to pay $10 to get a new valve to have installed by a plumber. Not great but hopefully it holds up after the fix.

This faucet leaks. I can’t tel where it’s leaking from….the spray leaks when the switch is turned to shower and the faucet leaks when turns to faucet. It’s a foreign product so not sure how to go about fixing. Company help
