Really disheartening because bed was not cheap and I was charged additional $100 for shipping only to have legs too narrow for bed as if they didn't belong with the bed at all. Upon requesting to return bed, I was being charged over $200 for returned shipping to seller. That is $300 in addition to a $600 bed with a huge loss. Seller did not respond to multiple messages requesting possible wider legs to fit bed in the event there were several sizes and legs were mis-shipped, still no response. Unuseable in that state, had to make my own bed suport to not have a complete loss of over $300 in shipping. Inclining head rest has no lever to change height, you have to manually get between the metal "position holder" and the bed with your fingernails on both sides simultaneously only to pinch fingers regardless. A little attention to functioning detail would have made the bed worth it. At this price, its an absolute scam.

They took a month after I ordered still didn’t ship .Because they don’t have the color what I ordered.But they didn’t contact me until I contact them. Finally I received the item after almost two months.Very hard to install.The design not good.And when you use the table it make a lots noise. Very bad experience.

Poor quality, the bed was broken, thanks God my husband was able to fix it, who wants to go through the hassle of returning a bed!
