OK, so I've found myself working in roof spaces a lot at the moment, I install CCTV and AV equipment so crawling around in dark roof spaces pulling cables and terminating ends has been a big part of it!I figured this would be an inexpensive torch that could also be a working lamp and general lantern. Combined with the fact it was a rechargeable battery so I wasn't throwing away batteries all the time and I considered it a win-win.First impressions were that it was a lightweight, plastic unit.The plastic doesn't feel cheap, it actually feels sturdy and well put together and whilst the handle isn't a fancy ergonomic handle it is a good size to get a grip on.The switch is a decent size and has a satisfying click, it has four positions, off/low-brightness lantern/high-brightness lantern/torch (full brightness).The lantern settings also doubles up as the lamp when it's been folded out.The button/clasp to open it out into the lamp position is not the best but it does the job of holding the unit together. You press the button to unclasp and open it up, it works, I just feel it could have been slightly better.The torch itself is very bright! I was pleasantly surprised by that and couldn't see anything for a couple minutes after stupidly pointing it the wrong way as I turned it on. The beam is a tight spot focus and distance wise I could still see hitting houses around 150m away. The lantern/lamp side is a good solid light as well.Battery wise, for something so lightweight I was impressed. Ultimately this is where you don't get 10's of hours but I wasn't expecting a long running time from a USB torch. I did a full charge and then left it on full torch mode (this seemed to be the most draining). Between 2.5 and 3 hours the brightness dimmed from it's quite remarkable full brightness and at 4 hours I turned it off as it was substantially dimmed.On the lower lantern setting I guess this would be a lot more time wise!I haven't tested the USB outlet, completely forgot it was there but the rubber seal for the charging socket and USB socket sit in nicely. I figure they would be splash proof when in place properly.Overall for the price this torch is fantastic and I would highly recommend. Over 24 hours after having it and I'm still impressed with the brightness/distance of the torch.

Excellent product. I took this camping and the light was so so bright. I loved how you could use it as a handheld torch, or turn it into a desk lamp. Brilliant functionality and the fact it acted as a portable charger for my phone and other electronic devices was so helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Particularly useful to have a reading light torch and lamp in one. The lamp is not particularly bright but provides a soft background illumination. The torch and reading light are both strong lights, good beam from torch. Held charge throughout our weekend glamping

A great little torch/lamp/light. Perhaps a bit smaller than I thought but all the different settings for each light were incredibly bright. Battery took about 3.5 hours to charge and the light stays bright plenty long enough for you to take the dog for a walk etc. If left on for 3-4 hours it does start to fade but not completely - but for £9.99 (the price when I bought it) there are no complaints. I highly recommend this product considering its price and what you get for it.

I was really pleased with the product when I first received it, very bright - nice and lightweight design with multiple functions.However, the torch slowly fell apart with the handle falling off and the charger seal snapping off after being used twice. Unfortunately it was too good to be true!

This is a brilliant camping torch, it’s so adaptable. Very easy to use, lightweight but sturdy. Still works when on charge but battery life is a lot longer than I expected. It stood up to me throwing it around a tent for a week and I’m now using it in the house as a craft light. Very pleased with it.

I bought this torch as I liked the idea of being able to use it as a lantern, as well as a normal torch. Both of these features are excellent and the lantern has two different levels of brightness. In addition to this, there is also a desk lamp option which is activated by pressing a button on the side.The torch is rechargeable via the provided micro usb cable. Great to have a torch that doesn’t need new batteries when it runs dry.I think this product is great value for money and would recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile torch.

Very useful light. I purchased two of these for emergencies but have been using them as desk lamps instead.Well worth the money and wouldn't be without them. I keep them fully charged at all times.
