Received quickly - and used almost immediately. Filled up the office coffee pot that was dark brown inside with coffee staining with the product (mixed with water per package directions) and went home for the night. Next morning, used the included brush (perfect shape/size) to whisk the coffee pot - dumped out product/water mixture and rinsed. PERFECTLY clean again. Simply amazing. Pour a little into your decanter or travel mug, add some water and let it/them soak for a while. You'll be amazed how clean the are when you wash them out. I do it about once a month.

Works like a charm

I put an ounce or two of the Clearly Coffee cleaner in my coffee pot and then fill the rest of the way with water. Then, I let it sit all day. In the evening, I use the scrub brush included with the cleaner. The pot looks clean, shiny- like new! I do this every month or so.
