I've noticed that these sit better in my stomach as opposed to the generic store bought brand. I've been vegan for years and it never occurred to me that the probiotics I'm taking could be not so vegan friendly. I immediately felt a difference and feel these to be much more effective. It's helped me maintain my weight and I could lose weight if I wanted to. My bowels have regular movement and I have virtually no bloating and no constipation anymore. I'd been taking another brand for several years and only finding intermittent help. Turns out that there were too many different strains in it.I've always trusted Rainbow Light with my health. So I gave their probiotic a try and couldn't be happier. My tummy is very happy now.

This is a review for Rainbow Light ProbioActive 80mg, 90 Count Vcaps. I am vegan and wanted a probiotic (after reading how good they are for you). I came across this one by Rainbow Light. What first attracted me to this product was 1) vegan, 2) a pre and probiotic in one, 3) no refrigeration needed, 4) the price of these. I have used this product for several months and found that my digestion is better. I take this in the evening with evening meal. The capsules are vegan and easy to take (you can also sprinkle on your food if you do not like to take pills). I would recommend this product. You also cannot beat the price for the quantity of pills you get.
