I use this product nightly and found it works better for me if taken a couple of hours before sleep. It has a pleasant taste and dissolves instantly under the tongue and no need for water which I love. Great product that really works! I highly recommend it for anyone having issues falling asleep.

It says how many tablets are in the bottle, I'm just not sure why it's packaged in something so wasteful. I love the product but hate wasting so much plastic. They should fill the bottle completely full or look for a more responsible way to package this product. When you receive, the bottle is 1/4 full with the tablets. I would buy more often if they could find a better system for packaging.

So much better than gummies in taste and effectiveness. We're on our sixth bottle. The only Melatonin my grandson will take.

These are so good, they work so well and they are easy to take since you don’t need water. Like eating a little mint. Sometimes if I really need to go to sleep I will take three of them. 15 mg. I have bought these many times over. Highly recommend. these are also good for my son to have ADHD and need to take meds that potentially keep them awake at night. One less pill for them to have to swallow, because they can chew it like a little mint.

I have found that these tablets that melt under the tongue work much faster than the ones you swallow.I try not to take too often but when I need a good nights sleep these really work. Good price, fast shipping.

It works really well and taste is minty as described. I did hear from other people that melatonin effects will wear out and some people will wake in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep. So while it did work, the waking up was true at 3am every morning. You can take a 2nd dose or hope that you're groggy enough to go back to sleep.
