I LOVE the sound and the power these gave my truck!
I have a '06 Nissan Titan that the OEM manifolds cracked on, in my case both sides cracked. I decided to go this route. Headers make everything better, lol. It took me the better part of a Saturday to get the broken manifolds off and get these headers installed, by my self. These JBA headers come with gaskets, but they are junk, don't use them unless you want to replace them in a week or two just for fun. I used all new genuine Nissan OEM gaskets that I got here on Amazon also, which is way cheaper than the dealer. The stock manifolds also contain the catalytic converters, so if you want to stay legal you will need to buy some universal cats to put in it. I went with Cajun B-pipes with the OBDII compliant cats. These were the simplest solution. They are designed to bolt right in with no welding, work perfectly, and pass all of my states inspections (Texas). At the same time, I also installed the JBA CAT-BACK 3" exhaust system (JBA 40-1400) which I highly recommend. Now, when you put on headers, it messes with your trucks ECU and causes the engine to run lean. Not a good thing as it can cause permanent damage to the engine. So I went with the full UP-REV custom tuning for the ECU as well. You can find them at the same place as the Cajun B-pipes.The whole process has now made the truck way more reliable, the truck sounds like a beast, drives like a NASCAR, and is 100% safe for the engine, what more could you want. The fun to drive factor has increased by about 10,000% and my rear tire life expectancy has decreased by about the same margin, lol. If you have a Nissan Titan that the stock manifolds have cracked on (common issue), hopefully this review should point you in the right direction to get it fixed up right...

Not as easy to install.
Yes, if your exhaust manifolds are cracked these along with Cajun or PRT B-pipes are the way to go. Mine were cracked and I bolted this and PRT b-pipes to my stock exhaust. It sounds beautiful. It is actually more quiet than before and it sounds like a 5.0 mustang. This is not what I wanted to comment on though. The directions are horrible. first of all, if you have a 4 wheel drive, you must drop the front axle. Second, when you jack up the engine, a 2x4 between the engine and lower suspension cross member work great. This allows you to remove the jack and opens up the area underneath. Lastly and most importantly, the best way to do this install is to remove the front wheels and inner wheel skirts. Then install the headers working from the sides. The passenger side is nearly impossible, I think it is impossible but apparently some have accomplished it. I cant believe JBA doesn't recommend this approach. It is as if they have never installed them.

Could be better with a small change
Barely fit over the header studs. Drivers side hit the motor mount so I had to remove the mount and grind it to clearance the header wich added 2 hrs to the install. Sound fantastic. Good price. Could be great with a few modifications. Best way to fix the OEM cracked exhaust manifolds.

if you don't like loud think about installing a resonator after the B ...
Pain in the you know what to install, but worth the effort. If you do tackle this job by yourself search the Titan forums for a step by step how to. I also installed a set of Berk B-pipes, if you don't like loud think about installing a resonator after the B pipes.

Great Product
I installed these in my 2004 Nissan Titan 4x4, since the factory manifolds both cracked. Great product, no cats or resonators and a flow master super 40 series exhaust, sounds awesome.

Work good except for the gaskets provided
Work good except for the gaskets provided. Best recommendation do not use the gaskets provided. They blowout. Purchase the OEM metal gaskets for this job.

Thin walled, and started to get surface rust shortly after buying. And the gasket that come with them are absolute junk. But decent welds, fit perfectly.
