Warranty Works! Thanks Cramer.
I purchased this product four years ago. It works fine..stairs go up or down as expected. But, when the springs inside the feet weakened and made it drag the bells along the carpeting, I contacted Cramer. Under warranty, they sent me replacements. Thanks Cramer.

quality of build, not up to snuff
These ladders are flimsy and wobbly. They are cheaply constructed and cost as much or more than a quality solid welded ladder of the same style. If this ladder were in the $150-$200 price range then maybe you would get your money's worth... maybe.If you need this style ladder and you will be using it all day, don't get this one. Call your local tool supply store and have them order one for you. If you only need to use it every once in a while, then maybe get this one. It is light and the shipping is free.They were also badly packaged and one arrived damaged. Kudos to Amazon though for a super easy return and credit.
