I am very pleased with these little pans. They're a great size so I use them for other things besides pizza.

I love them. I want six more. or 12. They soak up some heat though. I bake crusts for 9 minutes instead of seven as I do with my other pans. They stay hot, too. The perfect size for a nice personal pizza. I prebake my crusts and freeze them. I can fit up to four crusts in a one-gallon freezer bag. With a frozen crust, pizza takes 16 minutes. But a room-temperature crust pizza takes only 14 minutes. I have used 200g dough balls but I will try 185g dough balls next for these pans. They do hold heat. I use a metal spatula to loosen the crust and cool them on a rack and sometimes and I think I need a new oven glove. It helps to pull them out of the oven with the spatula instead of trying to manhandle them with my glove. They can be hard to handle but they make nice crusts.

I'm absolutely impressed with these pizza pans. They are a dream to clean.

These are a wonderfully heavy gauge stainless steel. They are truly dishwasher safe and come out spotless. If food bakes onto the pans, a brief soaking and then a dish brush easily cleans off baked on food. Highly recommend. We use them to carry meats and produce to/from the outside grill. We use then to reheat foods in the toaster oven. They will do anything a larger pan can do.

I actually did not buy these to use as pizza pans. I bought them to use as spoon rests. I cook a lot and most spoon rests are just not functional due to size and material. These work really well and I can set them on my gas stove burners without worry. They are pretty enough to leave out on the stove and because they stack well, all four always sit out in a stack on my stove. These can also go into the dishwasher which make them easy to care for. Will likely never use them for pizza because they are small but will buy for friends to use as a spoon rest or even as a appetizer plate. Expect to get years of use out of these.
