Great quality and very easy to set up. I like that there are two options, with soft padding and without it.I am trying to use it daily in the evening, it made a huge difference for my back, especially the middle area. Due to long hours at the laptop my back got really sore at the end of the day. However, this back stretcher seems to help to stretch spine and open the ribs, next day I feel much better! Recommend to everyone as it is very reasonably priced and good help to stretch!

A trip to the park and an unsuccessful attempt to lay back on a convex exercise pull ups device, made me realise my back was stiffer than I realised. An adjustable convex surface seemed like a good idea and a search revealed a plethora of models. Screw adjustment and a covering to hide the black plastic were my key criteria so the inconspicuous Utry was chosen.Does the job well and complements some of the back and chest stretching exercises done in yoga using hard foam bricks. I use it for a few minutes once or twice a day and it is relaxing and seems to be doing some good.

I've had lower back pain on and off for a while. Got this hopefully to stretch out my back, relieve the pain, and maybe even increase flexibility.Manual states to start at the lowest setting, and I'd recommend that too. Lied down on it for a few minutes over the last few days and it seems good. Will continue to use it and see how much it helps in the long term.

I do no t have any back pain, but since I spend lot of time seated, and train my back at the gym once a week, I wanted a safe and practical way to get into the habit of stretching my back. I feel the difference just after a week or so , or regular use (just a few minutes a day). I feel my muscles more relaxed and overall a good sensation of 'loosening'

Found this product very helpful as I’ve been having minor back pains due to lack of movement and chemo side effects. Been using it as part of my stretching routine and perfect for the gentle exercise I need. The materials are very good and sturdy, it doesn’t feel cheap at all! The handle to adjust the arch height felt a bit tight in the beginning but manageable, I guess that adds to the durability of the product. I’d recommend to start at the lowest ‘setting’/arch though to ease into it and work your way higher if needed.

I think if your any size over a size 10 (uk) then your gonna struggle with this. It's so slim. It's not sturdy at all, unless you place it in a thick pile carpet. I fell off sideways and hurt myself.

It is good quality but I did not notice of any pain relief on my back

This is the best support I have tried. Once you relax you forget you are on it. However do not try to sit up straight away and let your body recover
