Just the Job...

Material too.light. Disappointed

I've paid more for pink satin and it has thinner than this, with a dull mat finish on one side, making it not so nice to wear without a lining. This doesn't appear that thick until you go to fold it, as it is quite resistant to folding, making it hard to work with sometimes. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing but for more durable items such as a dress it is perfect, since it is nice quality with a smooth, soft surface on the less shiny side. The quality of this is much higher than the price suggests. I only got one meter to make the odd bow details on a pink satin dress.One thing I didn't like, this appears to fray much more easily than other satins I have worked with. I got into a real mess at times and ended up burning the edges with a lighter to stop it happening.

Thank you for the fabric which I received this morning. It was perfectly cut so that I did not have to use a set square to straighten material thus losing on the already short length as in the first piece of fabric. Also, there were no creases and abundance of curved ridges or waves as seen in bin ends. Had I received what I ordered in the first place, I would not have had to order an extra metre. I wish you good luck in the future.

Good value for money. A large size and delivery was super quick. The edges of the material came frayed but not problematic for me and what I'm using it for.

I wud never buy again the fabric is horrible and thin can't use it as a backing, so flimsy nothing like satin 🤬

Although later than expected, worth the wait- perfect lining material.
