Absolutely horrible product! In fact I bought 3 different motion sensor soap dispensers all around the same time. After 2-3 weeks, they all were a piece of junk. 2 no longer work. This one was the first to go bad. It appears that the inner chamber leaks, so the battery compartment stays wet from the soap leaking into it. The entire battery compartment is now rusted, and there is no way of reaching the leaking part to fix it. I wasted several batteries trying to dry out the inside and try again, only to find that it would stop sensing motion, and upon inspection, the battery compartment would be soaking wet again. Don't waste your money!

It looks pretty, but it’s not the best functionality wise. The soap doesn’t seem to stay in the tube, so you have to wave you hand in front of it multiple times before the soap actually comes out. I’m trying to get over it, but it’s frustrating to hear it trying to spit out the soap and have nothing come out every time I go to use it. Will probably end up returning it.

I was skeptical of this product because of experiences with public restroom soap dispensers that either don't sense hands or oppositely seem to leak and leave residue all over the counters. HOWEVER, this product has proved quite the opposite. It's sends out the perfect amount, works consistently, and has not appeared to leak yet. I wasn't sure what type of soap to use and it doesn't specify. I used a foaming hand soap. It doesn't produce foam but the soap works just fine.

The product lopks and feels elegant. It is easy to use and works fine. The soap dispenses a little slowly since it only drops 1ml at a time, and the first time since there will be air it will not come put, around 4 to 5 ml is required for a normal hand, so it takes around 8 to 10 seconds to get the quantity. The dispenser is good for current situation due to covid, it is touchless so infections won't stay around it. I liked it and though it takes time, it is wprth the wait.

Barely puts out any soap at all. You have to activate it 5-6 times just to get enough to wash your hands.

Dispenses too much soap and is too sensitive, no matter what you do.

The plug for the soap fell into the reservoir the first time filling it.

It really looks so much better than the plastic dish detergent. But just wish the nozzle was bigger. You have to make it pump out about 5 times
