Comfortable!
These boots are very comfortable and true to size. I wear size 10W dress shoes and ordered the same size boots. I appreciate the removable insoles in order to insert my orthotics. These boots feel solid and rugged yet easy to walk in. I walked about 5 miles in one day (with breaks) doing yardwork in several yards and my feet did not get tired or sore. My only issue is that I wish shoe stores in my area would carry these boots in wide widths.

Great quality work boot
My husband has been wearing these for years. The boots last about a year and are heavily worn as he is a commercial carpenter. Good quality leather and nicely padded.

The steel toe seem to be a little uncomfortable.
They are ok

Great! No more hurt feet.
Very nice quality, feels very comfortable w/ very very little break in. Feel don’t hurt, so the anti fatigue soles work very well. They are kind of heavy but it’s to be expected bc of the metal plate and steel toe. My partner really likes them for work. Highly recommends them.

Been buying since 2013!!
I've bought these every year for my fiance and he swears by them. He is in stone fabrication and installation so steel toe is a requirement and having sturdy, comfortable boots is a must. Perfect heel height is perfect and these give him all that. He does wear through them each year, but we wouldn't choose another boot even at the cost. Not so light because they are steel toe but they make up for it in every other way. Keep his feet protected and completely functional in various work environments.

These don't typically run small. But boots were mislabeled. Label said 10.5-W, but were a 9.5-W.
I had previously ordered these boots for my husband and he loved them. So when he needed a new pair, we ordered the same exact ones. The boots were labeled 10.5 wide, which is my husband's size but when we received them, they were way too small, more like a 9.5. We always buy Timberland Pro, and had purchased this same exact boot previously. They have never run small before. They have always been true to size, so we concluded that it was just a fluke and that they were labeled incorrectly. The boots themselves are great quality boots, very durable. We have never had any issues prior to this. We contacted the seller and they were so easy to work with. The seller refunded me right away, even before they received my returned boots. They gave me no hassles at all. That's why I give them 5 stars. They provided the return label and covered the cost so we didn't lose anything. I boxed them up, put a copy of the address label inside the box as they recommended, just in case the outside label is damaged or lost in transit. Took it straight to the UPS store and that was it. I'm sure the mislabeling was just a one time fluke, everyone is entitled to mistakes as long as they correct them quickly, which this seller did. I would buy from them again, without hesitation. I feel bad for my husband because I kept saying "they are leather, you just need to break them in" so he wore them for 2 days and developed lumps on the sides of his feet. But that wasn't the sellers fault. I was the one who kept insisting my husband just needed to "break them in". I feel really bad about that. Anyway, that's when it hit me to compare the new boots to the previous ones we had purchased and the difference was obvious. The second pair were visibly and definitely way smaller than the first pair. it's all good now. We went to the Timberland store so my hubby could actually try on the boot before buying and we purchased the same exact boot, right size this time. LOL I'm completely confident that it was just an honest mistake in the labeling process.
