My 3 year old son is particularly obsessed with this kit, asking about the names for the various screws/bolts etc and tools themselves. It’s been helpful in teaching him steady hand - eye coordination as well. My four year old daughter also really likes it, and both prefer this to the plastic Fischer price tool sets I’ve purchased for them. All in all, it is compact and neat and very sturdy (made of wood and metal) with REAL tools & the kids love it & haven’t gotten bored of it at all so it gets an A++ in my book! Highly recommend.

This is great for working on fine motor skills. It does however have several very small parts that are easily lost by kids. I also advise adult supervision as it includes a real screwdriver that could be a hazard if a child goes walking around with it...and has small parts that could be swallowed.

This is a small but practical toy, the pieces are small and could pose significant choking risk as they all come off of the bus “base”.
