It is weirdly tight i cant open it unless i break it!!

Miracle Touch is a solid make up supplied in a compact style casing and applied with a sponge. This is liquid and as you see from the photo was smeared all over the lid and looked half empty. DO NOT BUY!! This is not Miracle Touch. I'm livid as it's nonreturnable. Lesson learned, if it looks too good to be true then it probably is!

I have used this product (amongst other foundations) for many years and knew exactly what to expect however when I opened it up, the product slopped out of the container and was not like the usual solid form.I note the product said “old formula” not sure how old but I never remember it like this! Yesterday I went to the high street and bought the same product and when I opened it up it was exactly as expected.Bottom picture is as expected, top picture is what I received.

I bought this item usually comes in a solid block, this time is nearly liquid not sure why.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. Opened the package (all the stickers were already ripped like someone had already opened it) to find the foundation looking like someone had jabbed their finger in it already. Opened to top of the pack to get the sponge to find there is no sponge in it! Never will i buy again online never had this problem in boots before. Will be throwing this item away as god knows what someone's done to it! Waste of money!!! Do not buy!!

The actual product is creamy and smooth to apply and looks good but taking the lid off reveals the lid messy with cream and the pot full. So to start with I'm dipping into the lid for an application. Just be careful and will be ok. I do like the product.
