I have low vision issues. The thermometer I replaced with this one was dark and it was hard to read on the grill.This one has much better contrast. I just wish that it was bigger (probably my fault for not confirming the size).Still, this thermometer works well, and is accurate and helpful. It attaches easily into the spot (hole) where the old grill thermometer was.

Really this thermometer is a necessity for using the Omni and the silicone liners. It keeps accurate track of the temperature inside the oven so that it can be easily regulated—especially in windy and unpredictable situations.Drill out one of the existing holes slightly larger using an ordinary bit, and insert the thermometer.

Seems to work fine. Like the fact it has more precise markings that OEM thermometer it replaced. The smoker I ordered it for has a larger fitted molding that this thermometer. Works good, just not quite what I expected when I ordered a replacement for OEM one.

I replaced the original charbroil thermometer with this one because i couldn’t read it due to some stains on the glass and this one works as well as the one did. Very easy to install and fits perfectly.

Broke after 1 year. It still moves, but it's 200-300 degrees off.
